With Tuscan Turf's artificial grass, you can expect luscious looking sports turf all year round. Watering, fertilising mowing and weeding will all be a thing of the past. In addition, our superior draining system will ensure no game is postponed and the sports season is year round.

SPORT RANGE
Depending on the intensity of play, artificial sporting turf will need some maintenance to ensure the longevity of the grass. Maintenance may include:
BRUSHING
Brushing of the surface to level the sand or rubber crumb infill (if applicable). This will ensure that the surface is uniform and flat. To prevent pile lean and pile flattening, you will need to brush the fibres in all directions.
We recommend our clients do this a minimum of 4 times a month.
GROOMING
We will need to gently lift and break up compacted areas while effectively mixing and incorporating sand infill. We will also use specially configured rear poly brushes to straighten and lift the grass fibres, leaving them plush and upright for a soft and level playing surface.
Our recommendation is to do this 4 times a year in conjunction with the deep cleaning, or when infill becomes compacted thereby restricting the drainage capability.
SPRAYING
An antimicrobial treatment (formulated explicitly for artificial grass) will be needed to prevent the growth of a wide array of bacteria, mould and fungi on every component of a turf system. In addition, we can assist in the control of odour and other issues associated with microbial contaminants without leaching chemicals or heavy metals into the environment.
We recommend an application 4 times a year.
We will further report back to the Interested Parties on any seam, and any other malfunctions observed and take corrective action on the instruction of the appointed Officer.
